Clear fees, no insurance hassle.

Clear prices, with no monthly membership

Radiant Wellness Primary Care is a cash-pay practice. You pay for the visit or service you receive—there’s no monthly membership or recurring enrollment fee. We’ll share the price before your appointment or treatment, collect payment at or before your visit, and provide a detailed receipt.

Our practice does not bill insurance. You may ask for a receipt or superbill to submit to your insurer independently, when appropriate. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed.

Getting started is simple

2. Complete intake form before or at your visit

4. Receive a detailed receipt for your records.

Everyday primary care

Whether you have a new concern or need follow-up care, we’ll work with you to understand what’s going on and decide on next steps. Same-day appointments may be available, depending on scheduling and clinical appropriateness.

Same-day care

Same-day appointments for unexpected health concerns, minor injuries, and other needs that can’t wait for a routine visit. We’ll assess your needs and help you understand the next steps.

Preventive care and physicals

Make time to check in on your health, discuss your goals, and plan for preventive care. Sports and school physicals are also available. Lab work, vaccines, and outside services may have additional charges.

Women’s health and hormone care

Talk through your questions and concerns in a comfortable, personalized setting. We offer women’s health consultations and hormone-management support, with testing, medication, and procedures discussed separately when applicable.

Weight-management support

Health goals are personal. We’ll listen to what matters to you and discuss nutrition and medically appropriate options for weight management. Medication and laboratory costs may be additional.

Injections and hydration therapy

Selected services may be available following appropriate screening. We’ll explain what’s involved and review the price with you before treatment.

Telehealth and referral support

For eligible visits, telehealth can make connecting with us more convenient. If you need care from another provider, we can help coordinate a referral. Outside providers set and collect their own fees.

Prescriptions and referrals

When clinically appropriate, we can prescribe medications and help coordinate referrals to other providers. We’ll talk through your care options and explain any clinic fees before proceeding. Medication costs and outside-provider fees are separate.

Bloodwork to support your care

We offer bloodwork when it’s appropriate for your health needs. We’ll discuss which tests may be helpful and explain any collection and laboratory costs in advance. Lab services may be billed separately from your visit.

*Prescriptions, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist visits, emergency care, and hospital services may involve separate costs. We’ll explain applicable clinic fees before care, and outside providers may bill you directly.
